Twenty years and counting...

Frakes Construction is an Iowa City based custom home building firm with over twenty years of experience. Gary Frakes collaborates with a wide range of clients regarding site planning, project management, on site decisions and follow-up. Ann Knoop manages accounting and assists with clients' monthly project budgeting. We are proud to have earned multiple Parade of Homes Builder Excellence Awards'. Our homes and remodel/renovation projects have also been featured in regional custom home magazines.
